If, like us, you’re obsessed with digital culture and you spend the majority of your day on social media, here is your chance to get paid for it.  

We’re looking for a Content Producer who can take a concept and bring it to life in the form of social first video content. You will source the best creative talent on social platforms, build a relationship with them, manage them and oversee production. Our dream person is someone who can work closely with creators/influencers to produce high quality video content for leading video platforms; Instagram Reels and  TikTok.

You’d be in charge of:

● Sourcing the world’s best creative talent on leading social platforms and building a relationship with them 

● Briefing and managing video creators to produce content for clients 

● Taking direction from creative ideas and write engaging briefing documents for creative talent 

● Working with our copywriter to produce engaging scripts for video content

● Organising contracts and invoices with creators, making sure they fit within the allocated budget 

● Keeping an ear to the ground with video production styles 

● Identifying  the latest trends on video platforms that we should be jumping on

Skills required: 

● Experience sourcing and managing influencers
● An excellent knowledge of TikTok and IG Reels – you should be an avid user of the platform and know-how to shoot an entertaining TikTok video
● A knowledge of and interest in popular culture and current affairs
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent time management and highly organised
● Able to prioritise workload requirements
● Proactivity is key, you should be the type of person that always makes sure they’re one step ahead of the task at hand

Details:

Time commitment: 3-month contract – Option to extend based on performance; 3 days per week

Type of Role: Freelance

Salary: £300-£350 per day

Location: London, UK/work from home
