Freelance Motion Graphic Designer for Social Media Agency (outside IR35)
We're looking for a Freelance Designer with strong Motion Graphic skills and solid experience designing content specifically for Social Media. We're looking to contract the designer to a set number of hours per month to manage ongoing client work - with the option to increase based on client work. The designer doesn't need to be UK-based, although the ideal candidate would be no more than 4 hours from the UK timezone.
Monthly Tasks will include:

Creating content for a variety of B2C and B2B sectors (retail, food, travel, law, and more)

Creating a mix of branded still images and motion graphic animations

Designing content to be used across a variety of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.)

Enhancing existing brand assets
The ideal candidate will:

Be familiar with social media aspect ratios and recommended content lengths

Bring new, creative ideas to the table

Be able to work with the Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace and Canva

Have an understanding of different brands, their assets and to be able to channel this into all the varying designs

Have an eagle eye for detail

Be able to manage quick turnarounds within reason and take on constructive feedback from clients

Capacity to work on a mixture of short term and long term projects
We're ideally looking for someone to quote for 10 days' work with the potential to go up depending on new projects.
