About the job

• Community is at the core of Alpher, hence you will be a central part of our founding team, reporting directly into the Founder.
• You will build on the momentum we have generated with our engaged and valued early followers to create a community that want a long term relationship with Alpher.
• You will drive organic growth of sticky users by distributing consistently high quality content through our newsletter, across key social media channels and community events.
• You will create a recognisable brand voice, consistently communicating with our users in a way that reflects our company’s values.
• You will keep your ‘finger on the pulse’ of industry developments, competition and consumer trends to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
• You will take ownership of the numbers, setting ambitious goals in collaboration with the founding team and creating a roadmap to reach them. You will identify KPIs and other metrics to keep you on track.
• You will have a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, prioritising cost effective strategies that reduce acquisition costs.
• You will work with our founder to build out the marketing team by hiring new employees, mentoring them and instilling our company values.
