About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Sr UI Artist who will help maintain the Visual style of our games by creating new mock ups and assisting with asset implementing in Unity. Reporting to the Art Director, this role will work closely with our UX/UI Designers and will play an important role in how the UI is built and how it will function.

Each member joining our team will have a significant impact on the growth of the company.

A day in the life of our Sr UI Artist

• Help UI manager with asset delivery pipelines.
• Work with our artists and designers to create intuitive and attractive user interfaces with a consistent visual identity and language.
• Produce quality UI art assets, adhering to the overall presentation and art direction.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing design environment, and problem solve complex interface/content presentation challenges.
• Promotes UI best practices at both a project and studio level.
• Help define, evolve, and apply a consistent UI language throughout the project.
• Create and animate UI elements for the game, including iconography, in-game signs and feedback, menus, and UI animations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in User Interface aesthetics.
• Positive attitude and the ability to receive and provide objective feedback.
• Empathize with all types of gamers and be passionate about making the game welcome and accessible to everyone.

About You

• 5+ years' experience in the games industry; creating game user interfaces, preferably with at least one shipped title.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Able to understand technical implementations and limitations with the Unity Engine.
• Great understanding and skills in graphic design specialized in the creation of interfaces and in menu design.
• Portfolio must showcase relevant and contemporary artistry and experience.
• Task driven, self-motivated and proactive personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and contribute to team.
• Ability to work well with a team in a dynamic, cross-discipline, and iterative setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to receive and provide objective feedback.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Jira.
• Knowledge in Web design.
• A passion for sports and video games
• User-focused thinking and design sensibilities.
