Description We’re looking for an enthusiastic Community Lead to help us build a community of passionate engaged Hubble supporters who will build the foundation upon which our project will thrive.

Hubble’s Community Manager is the most active member in our community working tirelessly to champion messages to our supporters and gather feedback from them. The role requires energy, enthusiasm, and a passion - moreover it requires the ability to sustain momentum as we grow and learn. You’ll keep us honest and express yourself authentically - being a reliable source and valuable community liaison for both our community and the communities of potential partners.
This role is not about hyping or overpromising, but rather bringing users on our journey and at times explaining why we can or cannot take a direction we’ve been offered. To that end you’ll need to have your wits about you in dealing with the good and the bad that occurs in communities - meaning an even-keeled, and principled approach to moderation is a must.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Source and establish our charter group of community moderators
•Coordinate, engage, and inform our various community stakeholders
•Build off of the foundations of our Ambassador programme and manage the individual cohorts of participants
•Generate content for our community
•Manage our community channels - Discord, Reddit, Twitter and Blog to make sure we’re maximising engagement and growing the community
•Be the voice of Hubble’s community - answer questions and speak on behalf of the team
•Grow our theme of transparency by sharing the trajectory of the journey we are on
•Educating members who are new to the space. Showcasing the power of the technology we are developing
•Own the collection and reporting of all feedback from the community to the product team and MarComms team as a whole

Who is our Ideal Candidate:
•Able to communicate with different audiences - synthesising complex ideas into simple statements
•Effective under pressure - dealing with different questions & juggling the management of different channels
•An evangelist - you get people excited & energised
•Organised - if you’re planning an event, you’ve thought of every detail
•Experience within the crypto space (specifically Solana) - maybe you’re already deeply involved in the conversations about where this tech will take us. Your interest is more than skin deep - your mind is a little bit blown by the real world applications of blockchain, not just the potential to make a quick buck
•Social media management - you can juggle many channels & experiment with what works and what doesn’t
•Strong experience working with a content calendar and campaign map
•Events management experience - not afraid of representing the company to vocalise Hubble’s agreed upon narratives
•Experience handling teams of moderators, community managers, and/or testers
•Experience championing the messages to and from the community
•An understanding that community needs and issues are as unconventional as the industry itself, and don’t always fit in within set hours
•An understanding of tech-based moderation solutions and digital marketing concepts is desirable
